1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kings & Queens Restaurant and Lounge website, making a reservation, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Reservation Policy

Making Reservations

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person
• A valid phone number and email address are required
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation email or SMS

Table Holding Policy

• Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time
• For parties of 6 or more, we may require a credit card to hold the reservation
• Large party reservations (10+) require a deposit

Special Requests

While we strive to accommodate all special requests (dietary restrictions, seating preferences, celebrations), they cannot be guaranteed. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation.

3. Online Orders

Order Placement

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Pickup Orders

• Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time
• Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may be discarded
• A valid ID may be required for alcohol purchases

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modifications, we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been submitted.

4. Payment Terms

• Cash and POS at the restaurant
• Mobile payments

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Service Charge

A 5% service charge is applied to all orders. For dine-in, an additional discretionary tip for your server is appreciated but not mandatory.

5. Cancellation Policy

Reservation Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the reservation time
• No-shows may result in a cancellation fee for future reservations
• For parties of 10 or more, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement
• Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days

6. Guest Conduct

Kings & Queens Restaurant and Lounge reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who:

• Behaves in a disruptive or offensive manner
• Appears to be intoxicated
• Violates our dress code
• Harasses staff or other guests
• Violates any applicable laws

Dress Code

We maintain a smart casual dress code. The following are not permitted: athletic wear, flip-flops, or overly casual attire. Management reserves the right to determine what is appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kings & Queens Restaurant and Lounge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Use of our services
• Any errors or omissions in content
• Any unauthorized access to our servers
• Any interruption of services

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
